Revocation Rights
You may revoke evaluation access at any time without justification. Upon revocation, the institution must immediately delete, destroy, and certify destruction of all provided documents. -
Indemnification Clause
The institution agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the author, rights holder, and affiliated parties from any and all damages, losses, legal expenses, or claims resulting from misuse, unauthorized research, or breach of these terms. -
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this request, the material, or its use is subject exclusively to the jurisdiction chosen by you (Switzerland, UK, or US depending on contract wording). The institution waives any right to contest jurisdiction. -
No Redistribution, Review, or Publication
The institution may not use evaluation material for peer review, academic publication, public critique, or scientific community discussion without explicit written permission. -
Security Protocol Requirement
Institutions must maintain digital and physical containment systems preventing:
• unauthorized employee access
• duplication or cloud storage
• data extraction attempts
• transmission outside authorized networks -
Automatic Termination Conditions
Evaluation access terminates immediately if the institution engages in:
• derivative modeling
• reverse engineering
• internal re-publication
• sharing with a subsidiary division
• attempts to negotiate with stolen material
• transferring documents to reviewers without permission -
Acknowledgment of Legal Consequences
Any breach will result in:
• financial penalties
• immediate revocation of access
• blacklisting from any future licensing
• civil litigation
• international intellectual property enforcement procedures
